Políticos e “Imprensa” se merecem.
As duas profissões que mais admiro são o magistério e o jornalismo.
Por que não segui uma e/ou outra? Esta é uma conversa para outro dia.
No momento, só posso dividir com vocês a minha imensa decepção com a Folha de São Paulo/ UOL, o Estado de São Paulo e a Rede Globo de televisão.
Sempre admirei o jornalismo e os jornalistas destas instituições que reputava como sérios e isentos.
Omitir as graves acusações da revista Carta Capital, contra a filha de José Serra, foi um grande desrespeito para com o público.
Não vejo problema em um Jornal, emissora de TV ou revista defender uma candidatura, desde que avise ao público que o faz. Do contrário, é abusar da boa fé deste público.
Não venham com choramingo, criticar a imprensa não é atentar contra liberdade de imprensa e expressão. A imprensa também pode e deve ser criticada, quando erra, como é o caso.
Mentirosos, não estão temendo serem calados, mas, sim, serem obrigados a mostrar toda a verdade.
No caso Sarney, acreditei na “imprensa” e fui enganado. Vergonha deles. Acreditei, agora, e fui enganado de novo. Vergonha minha.
The two professions that I admire most are the teaching and journalism.
Why I did not follow one and / or another? This is a conversation for another day.
At the moment, I can only share with you my immense disappointment with the Folha de Sao Paulo / UOL, the Estado de Sao Paulo and Globo TV.
I always admired the journalism and journalists of these institutions which I considered as serious and free.
Omitting the serious allegations of the magazine Carta Capital, against the daughter of Jose Serra, was a great disrespect to the public.
No problem in a newspaper, magazine or television station to defend a candidate, provided that the public know about this. Otherwise, it's abusing the good faith of the public.
Do not whine, criticize the press is not attacking freedom of press and expression. The press can and should be criticized when it makes mistakes, as is the case.
Liars are not afraid to be silent, but to have to show the whole truth.
In the case Sarney, I believed in the "press" and I was mistaken. Shame them. I believed, now, and I was fooled again. It is my shame.
